My approach is integrative and phenomenological, drawing on a rich tapestry of perspectives that is anchored in values of reflexivity, mutuality and curiosity. In this spirit, I engage in my own therapy and actively seek clinical supervision over my own practice.
Over the years, my approach has also evolved to be attachment and trauma-informed, recognizing the complex interaction between our lived experiences, personality development and what we do in turn to survive.
